Diaper Need: A Hidden Crisis
Diaper need affects 1 in 3 families nationwide, including many in Greater Cleveland. Without enough diapers, parents face barriers to childcare, employment, and the health of their children. Babies in unhygienic diapers are at greater risk for rashes, infections, and other preventable issues. Unfortunately, government assistance programs like SNAP and WIC do not cover diapers, leaving vulnerable families struggling to meet this basic necessity.
